DPF：溶損1
DPFを扱う者にとって最も怖い言葉・・・それが溶損です
溶損とはその名の通りDPFが溶けて・・・と思いますが、実際は結構違うパターンも。
写真とともにご覧頂きたく思います。
ん？何か形おかしくない？
これも立派な溶損です。
この症状はDPFフィルターの周り（外周）が溶損により剥離。
↓
フィルターが筒内で前後に動く。
(フィルターが詰まった状態での排気圧力で押し出される）
↓
熱されたフィルターが前後に打ち付けられ変形・破損
このパターン意外と多いです。
前述しましたが「溶損」と聞くとフィルターが「溶ける」というイメージを持ちますが、
フィルターはセラミックで出来ている為「溶けて流れ落ちる」と言う物ではありません。
（超高温になれば当然話は別ですが・・・）
では溶けるとどうなるか・・・
答えはほぼ粉末状になります。
DPFフィルターは「600℃」位まで耐えられる用に作られています。
その「600℃」の壁を越えてしまうと溶損（粉末状になる）可能性が極めて高くなるといったものです。
その「600℃」の壁を超えるか超えないかに大きく影響するものが「フィルターの詰まり」です。
「カーボン詰まり」なら600℃に達する前に焼き切れるので影響はないのですが、
アッシュが詰まっている場合は完全に話が別です。
因みにアッシュと呼ばれるものは自動・手動・強制再生では焼けません。
このアッシュは金属粉を含むオイルが燃焼されて出来るもので、
再生で焼こうが、水洗いしようが、エア吹かししようが落ちません。
その為に当社はDPF専用の特殊洗浄剤を使用するのです。
この特殊洗浄剤で何度も何度も丁寧に汚れを落としていかない限りアッシュ詰まりを解消する事は不可能です。
加えてこのアッシュが異常燃焼を引き起こす一番の原因です。
金属粉を多量に含む為、燃焼温度が通常以上に上昇・その結果、溶損というパターンが非常に多いです。
これが当社がずっと言い続けている
「安易に強制再生をしない」
という事です。

↓
アッシュ詰まりにより異常燃焼・溶損
↓
